Yes, you can pay with a credit card. The onsite payment kiosks at some locations are not working or don’t have a connection to the Internet, but you can always use our toll free number 24 hours per day, by calling 1-888-841-3137.
The 30 amp outlets are NEMA 14-30, which is the same as a household dryer outlet. They can be purchase at major hardware stores.
Bobby, Any outdoor extension cord will work but the best is the 12 gauge. Is your concern about thinking they do not have the right one because of the plug? If so you need a pigtail that you can purchase any RV store.
I am sorry, I have looked for a cord at hardware stores and they do not have any. I would like to know where I can purchase one. Do any of your sites have the cords there where you can purchase them. Please let me know if they do and where I can get one or how much would it be to get one from you and what site would I go to get it. I need a cord I cannot find one.
Extension cords should be available at most hardware stores including Home Depot and Lowe’s. Costco also usually stocks heavy duty extension cords. They are also available online from many different sources, such as Amazon.com. We also carry them on our website: https://shorepower.com/products/. For best results, purchase a heavy duty cord that is 12 gauge or better. Depending on if you prefer to pull forward or back into parking spaces, you will need a 50 foot or 100 foot cord.
